14 DAY RETURNS
We realize we all get stuff wrong. If you order the wrong thing or it doesn’t fit or you just don’t like it… then we will accept the return of your unused, uninstalled and still packaged item within 14 days of its purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless we are at fault.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products we sell are covered under a limited warranty condition that is dependent upon the discretion and policy of each manufacturer.
If you are having issues with a certain product then please contact us at bikeco@shaw.ca. We will be more than happy to expedite the process and resolve your issue.
There are conditions attached to these warranties. There are limitations. There is damage and wear and tear and abuse that occurs that may void or null the warranty claim of your product. To put this in clear English: the warranty coverage includes manufacturer defects, NOT abuse, accidental damage or carelessness.
Please be prepared to submit a receipt or order # for us to process your claim. A picture also will tell us a thousand words.
In terms of timelines on warranty claims this is a very fluid situation and we will endeavor to the best of our abilities to get you fresh gear and get you back up and running. Don’t forget though that most of these claims are NOT under our discretion and fall under the purview of the manufacturer.
To best expedite the process it is quickest to bring the product to one of our stores. If this is not feasible then the above aforementioned procedure of contacting us via email is the preferred route.
