Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Stuff for you to know about our shipping policy:

  • We will ship most orders in Canada over $200.00 for free. (Exclusions below)
  • E-Bikes are available for in-store pickup only, due to lithium battery restrictions.
  • We use UPS Ground and Canada Post.
  • At this time we cannot ship products to Quebec.  
  • It will take us 2 days minimum to process and prepare your order.
  • Bicycle orders may take longer as we completely assemble then re-pack the bikes before shipping.  This allows us to identify potential issues with individual components and ensure the bicycle being shipped meets your expectations.  While we try to ensure the bike is almost ready-to-ride, we recommend final assembly be done by a local bike mechanic/shop.
FREE SHIPPING EXCLUDES:
  • Bicycles
  • Car Accessories (Racks, Roof Boxes etc...)
  • Bicycle trainers

 

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind:

  • Some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations.
  • Other items may require additional processing time for assembly.

We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

 

SHIPMENT DAMAGE

Yes, we all know Ace Ventura and some delivery methods but alas, sometimes packages arrive damaged. If a shipment is damaged, the customer has the right to refuse delivery. If this is the case, call us and we will contact the shipping company directly. Do not open the package. It is much easier to file a claim if this is the case.

 

MIS-SHIPMENTS

We sometimes screw up. If you receive the wrong item, please email us and we will endeavour to get you the right item.

If you, the customer, order the wrong item it is your responsibility to return ship the unopened, uninstalled item. We will be more than happy to ship you the proper item.
